Return Policy

Our return policy for items purchased in store and online is 14 days from date of purchase. We have an inventory that is constantly rotating, so this ensures that we will be able to offer new merchandise on a weekly basis.


In-store purchases: In order to return or exchange your item purchased in store, the item must be unused, have the original tags still intact, and you need to have an original receipt or invoice. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if we feel the item is not in its original condition.

Online orders: Local Customers Returning an online order to the store- Online returns must be made within 14 days from date received. Any items ordered online and returned to store will have a 3-5 day processing period (immediate returns are not available). We do not offer in-store exchanges for online merchandise. A second order must be placed online for any exchange.

Online orders: Out of area customers- We ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your package, as we realize that shipping times will vary. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Package and ship your items to be returned along with a copy of your invoice and contact information to:

We will notify you when we receive your package and your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund you receive will be of the original purchase price of the item. Shipping costs and return shipping are non-refundable. For return notifications or questions, please email boardandbattenmn@gmail.com. Please title your subject line RETURN and include your order number to ensure proper processing.


For your protection, please insure your package when shipping returns in the event it is damaged in the process.
